COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO (August 16, 2007)- Accellos, Inc., a leading provider of logistics, warehouse, 3PL, transportation, and mobile fleet management solutions, today announced the acquisition of Maximum Data Solutions, Inc., based in Plymouth, Michigan.
Maximum Data is a major provider of data collection and warehouse management technology solutions for Microsoft Dynamics. This acquisition further expands Accellos’ capabilities as a leader in the supply chain WMS market. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Accellos will continue to market and support the Maximum Data product line, which will eventually be a key component of Accellos One Warehouse, a fully integrated suite of products aimed at increasing the productivity, efficiency, and visibility of activities that take place in a company’s warehouse and distribution operations. Accellos One Warehouse is part of the Accellos One supply chain suite the company announced on July 27, 2007.

With the addition of Maximum Data, Accellos now has over 140 dedicated employees and nearly 1,000 loyal supply chain customers. “Maximum Data is very well known among Microsoft Dynamics users in the warehouse and distribution industries,” said Joel Kremke, Accellos Chief Operating Officer. “We look forward to adding their products to our already strong offerings as well as working with their Microsoft Dynamics reseller partners.”
