The following positions are available:
Implementation Specialist: Are you an
enthusiastic team player that enjoys varied activities, has a
high sense of urgency and possesses good follow through skills
to ensure the job is done right? Do you have a pro-active
nature and pride yourself in the ability to interact with
co-workers and customers with great tact and charm?
If this describes you, this is ideal position available for
you. The primary role is on-site software/hardware
implementation and training of our ADC/WMS software.
Travel is a major component of this position. Excellent
communication skills are necessary. Microsoft Dynamics Great
Plains experience a plus. Other helpful experience is: barcoding,
inventory/warehousing, wireless networking, previous experience
in training others.
Technical Support Rep: Are you a results oriented
problem solver that works well in a fast thinking technical
environment? Do you enjoy varied activities and pride yourself
with the ability to follow through on issues and be helpful to
customers?
If this describes you, this is the ideal position available
for you. The primary role is phone-based software application
support. Will also assist in development of user documentation
and training materials.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications
skills required. Previous software support and writing
experience a plus. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and inventory
experience a plus.
