Maximum Data Solutions provides unlimited phone support for your Intouch system which is inclusive in your yearly maintenance fee.This means that you, as a customer, can call our support line and receive help with just about anything to do with our products...and we place no limit on these calls. There is no maximum limit on the number of inquires allowed per year! As long as the customer's yearly maintenance program is current, they can email us at Support@maximumdata.com or call us at (734) 455-2200 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST).

Our phone support is more than just a verbal discussion about an issue… through WebEx, we have the ability to connect to your system remotely which allows us to diagnose and correct your situation promptly- minimizing your downtime. All you need is an Internet connection. We even do mini training sessions through WebEx!

Customers call for various reasons...obviously, technical issues are the most prevalent, but we commonly go through a question and answer session after completing installation/ training. Some clients have called to receive refresher/ overview information on a new module that they had purchased and not used yet. Others simply call to inquire about general bar coding topics.
