Here is a checklist for setting up the Intermec ScanPlus cordless wedge scanner. Other scanners are setup similarily. The import part is to configure the correct postamble (what to do
after the scan). InTouch requires a Line Feed rather than an Enter of Return to be able to take advantage of certain system setup options that differ between scanned and keyed data.
- Charge the battery.
- Connect base station to PC keyboard using supplied cables.
- Configure the ScanPlus by scanning the following configuration barcodes in order:
